Reditum Capital

Reditum Capital is a specialist real estate finance house focused on special situations. We provide first charge bridging, second charge bridging, mezzanine finance, and preferred equity to borrowers whose transactions require speed, structural flexibility, and a lender with genuine appetite for complexity.

Since our founding in February 2013, we have lent in excess of £500m across more than 92 transactions. Our experience spans distressed and receivership assets, loan book acquisitions, planning gain plays, cross-border deals, and corporate transactions backed by large capital assets — situations where the borrower’s primary challenge is finding a lender who can act decisively.

Cross-border transactions are a particular area of expertise. We understand the additional complexity that multi-jurisdictional deals involve — from legal structuring and security enforcement to currency risk and local market dynamics — and we have the experience to navigate it.
